Leaving the Client with a set of unusable plans. Also hireing a design firm can cost thousands of dollars. At Sovereign Homes your custom design is free with a build job.

As the Client you are the most important member of the design build team. Your wishes and ideas drive design, material selection, and budget. You bring to the table your specific design concerns and desires. Sovereign provides the building and design experience knowledge, and skills that turn your ideas into reality. Often we can show you examples of similar profects and present a menu of economical, practical, and aesthetic solutions to frequently encountered design problems. Sovereign will counsel you in choosing materials and finishes for your home that represent good value while maintaining the vision of your new home.

At or shortly after your initial meeting, Sovereign will generate a ballpark estimate for your new home. Based on this initial estimate and with your okay to proceed Sovereign will then produce a preliminary design with a more detailed estimate. The decisions and the selections you make guide us in defining these sketches into the final design. Complete with specifications, allowances, and basic selections.

Once the design is complete and a final price has been established Sovereign creates a customer manual. Which takes you through the selections, building and warranty processes. This manual has been created after years of building custom homes. It serves the client in making the building process an enjoyable experience.

During construction you have reassurance of knowing that Sovereign is completely familiar with the design and specifications. Your run less risk that design elements will be misinterpreted or that unnecessary waste of materials will cause costly rewords and delays.
